My contributions included conceptual development, organizing and managing raw assets, providing creative direction, capturing background plates, and offering actionable feedback to enhance the final product. Additionally, I ensured the teams adhered to schedules, proactively resolved any roadblocks, and maintained clear, consistent communication with all relevant stakeholders including legal and PR reviews.
